We gather information and data from registrants, attendees, participants and partners who complete our registration form, payment link, interact and engage with our social media, marketing avenues and website to utilize in all aspects of the organization to provide relevant information to 

all for each event.

The data and information we father include, but not limited to, personal identifying information, name, date of birth, home address, phone number and email address.

Our organization will not disclose information to third parties without your consent, except as noted in the Privacy Policy and/or disclosed to you when the information is submitted.

When registering, you agree the information you provide is true and accurate and consent to verification of such by Fit 4 Me Health LLC

Minors, under the age of 18, may be registered and have supervised participation by their legal guardian, only, who accepts all policies, waivers, release of liability, terms of use and services, videography/photography/drone usage, privacy and cookies on the minor's behalf and accepts full responsibility and liability. (Note - minors will not be able to participate if the legal guardian does not register or accept to these terms)
