About Fit 4 Me Health
Our Mission
At Fit 4 Me Health, our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs. We believe that everyone deserves a path to a healthier lifestyle, whether online or in-person.
The Fit 4 Me Health Fitness Festival events include a 5k run/walk, adult and children’s fitness, possible photo opportunities, fundraising for charity, food and music. The family event goals are to raise health awareness, assist in motivating and achieving health goals and wellness, replenishing the mind, body and soul, contribute to and bringing together the community by providing a variety of exercises, with expert instructor lead classes, high energy, community driven experiences, music, networking, nutrition and health awareness, to feel energized, inspired and physically refreshed, while giving back to those in need.
